NOTES
The resort operates on a Floating* Time Calendar and the weeks have been allocated on a system with Peak, High (Red) and Medium (White). The weeks are prefixed by a P which are Peak weeks; H are Red weeks and the M weeks are White. The calendar is an exception to the usual RCI calendar for this area – the weeks will always retain their color band status for exchange (trading) purposes (the P weeks will always be Peak, H weeks will always be Red and the M weeks will always be White.  SUDWALA IS NOT A FLEXI RESORT. 

* Sudwala is a Floating resort. The weeks float about due the school holidays in South Africa. The school holiday weeks are designated by a "P" and these move about - especially over the Easter period. There is very little movement over the July and December periods - maybe a week or so either side of the school holidays.

When a person purchases a "P" week he is guaranteed of getting a SA school holiday period even if it moves about. The purchaser is entitled to this as he usually pays a very much higher price to secure his school holidays for his family. PEAK WEEKS ARE THE HIGHEST DEMAND WEEKS IN SA.

When the school holidays occupy another period (which may be a White time, or a Blue time at many other resorts) these weeks move out of the way, so to speak.

Sudawala has an agreement with RCI that even if the other weeks, the "H" (Red) and "M" (White) are "displaced" by the "P" (Peak) weeks they will always remain as designated - "H" will always be Red and "M" will always be White - no matter how they are moved about.
