Fairfields was established in 1986 and is a licensed Timeshare Company registered with the Estate Agent's Affairs Board duly constituted by the South African Government Estate Agent's Act 112 of 1976.  The Act was promulgated to control and protect buyers and sellers of timeshare property (click on Is my Investment Protected?)

Fairfields has gained the reputation for its professionalism and integrity and offers their clients an unbiased view of timeshare.  The CEO Ron Rutter, has been involved in the timeshare industry since its early inception in 1982.  Fairfields is proud of its reputation to protect the interests of its clients and at all times to the best of its ability, with due respect to the interests of ALL parties concerned.

After many months of negotiations Fairfields has established a relationship with some of the top timeshare resale companies in the United States and in Europe.  South African timeshare sellers are assured that their timeshare is given the widest exposure to potential buyers and agents giving them the best possible chance of obtaining results.
